Really cool project!

I have been working so hard to get this project done for my upcoming class at By Design Scrapbook Boutique. This thing rocks. I tried to pack TONS of techniques in this thing. I had a blast! The spinner reminds me of a project I always wanted to try in the Donna Downey Home Decor book. I will try to take more pics (this one is from Tracy).

Crawfish Etouffee?

Ok! The funniest thing happened today. I went to the Fish Place restaurant next door to the store and ordered crawfish etoufee for lunch. (I was wanting something hot on the first cold day we've had!!!!) So I get back to the store, open up the container and what is there but CRAWFISH SOUP! haha! It was literally like chicken soup with some veggies and crawfish in it. It was hysterical. It was then that I knew that its better to save some good eats for when I visit Louisiana.

I'm coming home!!!

I cannot wait to see everybody in Baton Rouge! I told Rob that it was going to be a crazy trip because we had so many people to visit and catch up with. So I'm busy packing and doing laundry and getting down right giddy at the thought of seeing everybody!!!

This little album has been so much fun to make!!! The great girls over at KI Memories were gracious enough to get me some of the Noel Love, Elsie line so that the book could be ready to go before my class on November 8th at By Design Scrapbook Boutique. Fun stuff!

Rob and I had an awesome little weekend getaway this weekend. We visited the Kemah boardwalk. We had never been, so it was fun to explore together and we had a good time even though I could not get that boy to ride any rides!
